Hey there! Ok, i did it again(hadn't opened/write a new post like about 3 months, i think).

Busy? yeah, right..i never busy, but only lazy. That's me.

Life feels empty now-ohh, i wonder why? Days goes on and on very quick. Wow...

And very, very, very boring/bored(whatevesss)..

What can i do to cheer myself? I have one in my mind: EAT!!--->IS THAT a perfect solution, u called it? ohh No.. don't think so. Anyway, what else's, are there else?

I dont know how to explain this: but the more i think about it, it's sadder than anything else around me.

Hey, this been a year since i update my new post!!!!!

i'v noticed it, but i'm just lazy..

i dont know, what awaken me, to write a new post, at sudden..

hemm...school just started for a new year 2010..so far, its been fine! Sadly, me and my friends, we're all not in the same class..apart from compulsory subjects la...

Anyway, what a a day today! Shhh..

But u know what, i've got my friends who cheered me up..

what are friendz for, aye?

Now its time to start a new year, looking forward to different things, learn mistakes, be prepared for challenges and stuff at school and anywhere i go =]

I reckon, i should put all the negative away, and think some positive thoughts? right?

This year, well..i'm a grown up now..not a little one anymore(people around me, see me as a little kid)..but nooo... *wtf

At school, things aren't look good as i expected..

ell, for me, its been hard(stuff at school and friends)..

well, people said something that u hate or dont like, will turn good..u just dont see it first!

I'm prepare for anything...amin..

Ok, tommmorow is the weekend..so, i'll enjoy it as possible..

Classic Tales- tajuk: Tikus mencari pasangannya!

Pada satu hari, sepasang tikus(suami n isteri), melahirkan seekor tikus betina yg paling comel di pekan itu.. Nama yg diberi ialah Laila.
Dia mempunyai bulu putih yang lebat, gigi bersinar, mata yg bulat, dan ada kebolehan2 yg bagus.
Apabila Laila sudah membesar, kedua ibu bapanya bercadang untuk mencari pasangan hidup untuk si Laila..Pasangan yang paling hebat dan berkuasa!
Satu hari, si tikus Jantan bernama Minty, datang ke rumah si Laila. Si Minty ini suka sangat pada si Laila, dan begitulah juga sebaliknya..
Tetapi, ibu si Laila tidak suka akan si Minty(tikus jantan), kerana padanya, si Minty itu tidak hebat dan tidak berkuasa. Kerana si Laila adalah hebat dan tikus betina yg terkenal di pekan itu.
Ibu si Lila bercadang untuk mencari pasangan untuk si Laila sendiri. Lalu, ibunya pergi melawat untuk matahari. Oh matahari, aku inginkan kau menjadi pasangan untuk anakku. Kerana engkau lah yg paling hebat. Tetapi, matahri tidak mahu berkahwin dgan anknya, kerana ada benda lain yg lebih hebat pada dia. Iatu, awan..Awan yg selalu lindung matahari.

Keluarganya(Michael Jackson), sembunyi cara Michael Jackson di kebumikan!Sama ada dikebumikan dengan cara islam atau kristian. Allah hua'lam....
Tetapi, yg pastinya pada 22 November 2007/2008, Michael Jackson telah memeluk islam, dan mengucap dua kalimah syahadah depan imam-imam(sbagai saksi)...

Assalamualaikum semua,
Syafiqah baru ja pulang dari M'sia kelmarin, pada pulul 7.20 a.m. Manakala 5.20 a.m waktu M'sia!
Syafiqah sedih sangat sebb dah nk balik. Syafiqah berada di sana selama 1 bulan 8 hari. Teringat kenagan2 bersama keluarga yg disayangi dan dirindui. Macam2 hal berlaku semasa kami berada di sana. Ada yang suka,sedih dan gembira!!! Saat-saat gembira dan suka tak dapat dilupakan. Mak Uda, Alang, Acik bawak kami sini - sana. Belanja makan, beli barang2 untuk kami dan macam2 lagi lah. Hari terakhir nak pulang ke sini, sempat lagi Pak su belanja makan. Mak Tok pun masak sedap2 bagi kami sekeluarga makan. Huhuhuhuhuh..sedihnya!! Syafiqah lebih rapat dengan keluarga mama. Sejak kecil hingga 10 tahun, Syafiqah tinggal bersama Mak Tok.

Semasa saat-saat nak naik kapal terbang, kami semua bergambar. Tetapi, yang menyedihkan waktu pergi. Syafiqah memeluk,mencium mak dan pak saudara, juga mak tok dan wan. Terutama mak Tokkku yang rapat sangat dengan Syafiqah.. Tidak sedar yang air mata menitis dengan banyaknya! Sesudah itu, kami perlu masuk ke kapal terbang. Tangaku dilambaikan kepada keluargaku yg tersayang dan begitu juga sebaliknya. Mak tokku berpesan: Kalau kakak syg mak tok, belajar rajin2 tau. mak tok sentiasa doakan kk berjaya dlam hidup, pelajaran dan juga kakak dan keluarga selamat sentiasa dan dikuatkan iman. Kakak rajinlah baca AL-quran selalu, sembahyang, berdoa agar Syafiqah turut perintah yg disuruhkan oleh kedua ibu bapaku dan Allah.

Dalam perjalanan ke Australia, syafiqah tidah dapat menahan perassaan, lalu menangis!
Sampai saja di Australia, Syafiqah telefon mak tok,(cakap Syafiqah rindu sangat kat Mak tok.) Mak tok kata bersabar.
Itulah ceritanya, sekarang pejamkan mata pun, terbayang muka mk tok. Teringat mk tok belanja Syafiqah mcam2 dan selalu solat bersama mk tok. Huhuhuhuhuuh.
Setakat inilah, Syafiqah boleh taip. Esok nak Sekolah jadi kena buat persiapan, supaya esok tidak kalut.

Assalamualaikum semua,
emm,lgi berapa hari dah nk balik M'sia. Tak sabar2 nih! 5 more days to go..
Tadi Syafiqah dah finish assigment, Kena bagi awal cikit sebab syafiqah nk balik M'sia kan, so kena hantar n siapkan assigment tu awal dari semua orang lah! Baru ckap nak blik M'sia, cikgu ingatkan nak blik terus..hihiihhihi,bukan. Just visiting for a month saja. Mama n semua already packed baju2 yg nk pkai di M'sia..nmpaknya 3 bag saja kot!!
Tommorow, we have cross country-3 kilometres. Not bad..I'll try my best! Tak kisah, kalau tak menang pun, Janji buat..Walau apapun esok hari yg last,(Friday),next Tuesday..nk blik m'SIA DAH. taPI BUKAN SELAMA-LAMANYA..
Abah dah tulis surat untk cikgu, mengatakan Syafiqah akan balik ke M'sia hingga June. Oklah tu..
M'sia sekarang pukul 6 40 p.m. Sini(Australia),8.40 p.m. Beza 2 jam aja!!! Dah ngantuk nih, insyaalah sambung lain..-

Balik Malaysia???

Assalamualaikum.......
best nyer nak blik M'sia! Rindu sangat mak tok,wan,mak lang,mak uda,pak tam, pak cu,acikFatin,Akmal,Luqman and Alif yg gebu tuuu.. Dan keluarga teroi jugak.......lama tak jumpa! Mama,Iman Syafiqah balik dulu,pastu baru abah n syauqi blik. Sebab abah ada work nak finish dan Syauqi pulak ada exam..Emmm, 5 May ni balik,pastu dari KLIA ke Kedah(alor Setar) naik kapal terbang ngan mk tam. Kebetulan mk tam pun nak balik Kedah..dari Melaka...abah n syauqi balik 21 May..Sian kena tunngu dulu...Emm,balik M'SIA NAK MKAN MCAM2..keropok lekor,KFC,bihun sup, kuih-muih,char koteow,satay dan macam2 lgi lah!! Yummy,teringat cabai goreng mak tok plak!(Teroi).Sian dengar suara mak tok hari tu, mak tok kata, mak tok doa2 hari bagi kami semua jadi blik Msia..Nampaknya doa mak tok dikabulkanlah!
Lagi 11 hari ja lagi..tak sabar nak tunnguu..betul tak eja tunnguu???hehehehhe tunggu(wait).I can't hardly wait...Imagine all of us, will spend 38 days in M'sia. But not abah n syauqi,cause balik lambat cikit(21 May)!! Anyway, pak Jang pun nak khwin kan?-7 June 09 Temanya 'gold'..nice colour! Tpi sedih pulak tinggal sekolah, bukan apa..nak bersihkan report card saja! hihihihihiehehehe...Term 1-good report card,Term 2-bad report card..Sekarang kan baru ja masuk Term 2,nak blik Msia plak sebulan 8 hari, mesti bad..Ponteng banyak hari tuuu....that's so awful to me..really awful. Walau apa2 pun,mintak2 guru besar lepaskan blik ke M'sia..Yalah,high school! Payah ponteng sekolah..emmm,reason??" Resepi: Ayam celup tepung mcam KFC-abah

Salam semua...
kelmarin dah try resepi ini! Sangat menyelerakan tau..Mudah jugak!Mama,abah,Iman n Syauqi kata sdap! Dok di Australia, mst tringin KFC kan, tpi tak halal lah. KFc Australia abah kata tak sembelih, pastu plak campur dgan daging babi(pig). Ham, Pork, bacon dan mcam2 lglah nkbuat burger omputih kat sini. Tak halal- emm, Msia pekerja melayu semua,so maybe we can eat. Tak campur ngan daging babi!

Resepi: Ayam celup tepung abahku

* 6 ketul ayam atau lebih
* garam-
* lada putih-
*lada hitam-
*serbuk kunyit-
lada,serbuk kunyit,tepung dan garam(ikut berapa ketul ayam yg digunakan)
* tepung gandum( 1cawan setengah)
*telur( 1 biji untk 6 ketul ayam,lebih/ 2 biji telur untuk lebih pada 10 ayam.)

1. Masukkan ayam,lada hitam dan lada putih,kunyit and garam dalam satu bekas.
Gaul hingga rata dan tinggal selama 10 minit(untuk menambah lg aroma,rasanya).
2. Selepas tinggal ayam itu selama 10 minutes, sediakan telur dan tepung didalam mangkuk
yg asing. 1 mangkuk untuk telur dan satu mangkuk untk tepung!
3.Sedia untuk menggolek dan mencelup.
4.Ambil ayam, celup ke dalam telur(mengulangnya 3-4 kali), lepas itu ubah ayam itu kedalam mangkuk yg ada tepung. Golek-golek hingga sama rata dan make sure tepung itu lekat pada ayam. Jangan biar tepung tu jadi berjetul-ketul bila di golek, sebab bila kita goreng, tepung ayam jadi tak sama rata!
5. Ulang hingga habis ayam(satu demi satu).
6. Panaskan minyak di kuali untuk menggoreng.
7. Apabila minyak dah panas, masukkan semua ayam yang telah di celup dan di golek ke ats
tepung dan telur.
8. Goreng sampai kekuningan. Kalau nak ranggup lg, goreng lama sikit.
9. Sedia untuk dimakan. Bleh mkan dengan nasi putih atau sauce!

tadi dapat surat dari guru besar! GURU BESAR?
eik, peliknya principal tak beritahu apa2 pun tentang nak hantaq surat ke rumah! Memang selalu hantar, but it's 3 weeks sekali..That's why it's so weird for me..He never sent a letter OR school newspaper till 3 weeks once. I've just received my report card and school newspaper last week. It should be the other 3 weeks.(not today) Emmm, what is going on?
As my mum opened it, me and my mum start to read it..
It say:
Dear Mr Md Amin(which is my father's last name)

One of the most satisfying aspects of my role as Principal is reviewing the results of all students at the end of the of each reporting phase. This includes identifying students who have achieved high standards in many, if not all, learning areas, and also seeing students who are well behaved and those are doing their best.

Satu hari kecoh Pak Pandir panggil wartawan datang kerumah dia.Bila wartawan2 sampai mereka pun bertanya ada apa yang menarik ni pandir.

Pak Pandir pun kata..tenguk ni..aku tanam pokok rambutan tapi tumbuh pokok ubi kayu..hehehe.

dah nk dkat 1 month tak lawat Blog. It's because of Internet problems.We all have to wait for problems to stop. I've been away from my blog, since when I went to the Bundaberg. It was so...much fun. We've been doing fun things over there! This is what we did:

* Snorkeling(Great adventure ever)near the Great Barrier Reef.

*We also ride' Steam Train'.- fun

*We visited 'Ginger Beer The Barrel'.( We drinked a lot,e.g. apple diet,sarsaparilla,Burundi,Lemon Bitters,Peaches and last one is- THE KING OF THE DRINK IN THE BARREL WAS 'Ginger beer', yuck i hate them. When u drink it,u feel like you're biting or eating the ginger in your mouth!!! I can't go with ginger beer. My mum loves it,but not me.I know it sounds beer,but don't worry,there's NO alcohol in all of the drinks that i just said.That's WHY we drink it. No alcohol. We check it before drink!Also,we got to visit 1 place in the Barrel,but kinda museum or SOMETHING,not sure but cool. U get to learn how's ginger beer makes,history and more.

*On the way(in the car)we got to see the sugar canes FARM. That's where sugar canes grown to makes tasty,yummy, and Sweet sugar in Australia....yummm

* When the first time I'm snorkeling,I'm really..scared and excited too.But then,I don't want to get out from the snorkeling pool. There's one man helping me go through(the man that get paid to bring us,help us to go to 'snorkeling pool-location). He hold my hand,and teach me kind of things in there-WATER. I touch coral,living things in there e.g. fishes n more..There are so colourful to see,beautiful and cool,unbelievable to touch. Also feed the fish(used mussles ). Well,when the man,n dad said, that we have to go to find the other places for another places to snorkeling. COOL,COOL AND COOL! But just 4 an adult. Coz,another places that we'll go was big,long sea,deep n dangerous sea! My dad n uncle Zaini,try them. I saw it was dangerous and the waves so strong. They're actually scuba,yes scuba.I;m really worried about my dad,coz he's wearing spectacle n he can't see without it. He did't have confident to do them,but u know,he doesn't want to let chance just go like that. Never let them go,That's what he said to me. Uncle Zaini,dad n the man(yes,the same man) helping UNC'Zaini N DAD to scuba in dangerous deep sea.After dad had scuba diving like 5 minutes,he seems to give up,but not actually. Coz he said that,he saw something big black thing near him while he diving and tried to fight with the wave. He thought it was something like water snake OR what ever living things in there. So he told the man,to push him up on the ground.-no water this time.
* The scary thing is the man(yes the man,who is an experience man) brought the knife stick on his leg,to cut the' baby shark'. Said he,sometimes 'baby shark' would come near this area. That is just the sorry I could type this night,I'm so..tired.

Alhamdulillah!!! mama blikan sebelum abah 's birthday bcause my abah were so excited!!! Cool Hey?When we got home,me n my mum packed the present 4 dad straight away coz we doesn't want abah 2 see us..Then,we give it 2 him,n we said' Happy Birthday abah,42 years old'!!!Abah said,he likes it,me n my mum were really happy about it.. Actually,we went 2 the Indooroopilly for....searching(abah's present). We got into Jewelleries shop,then we saw a nice and cool watch,so we were thinking should we get this watch for abah? At last,we decided to buy that watch...yeah!!!During that, Miss Akayo (manager assistance),were helping us to find a watch 4 abah too! She chose a watch that made from Metal,but mum doesn't like it though. 2 minutes ago...we find a right watch 4 abh-made from tough leather,but in inside,wow..cantik!

That's how we got abah's present...Happy birthday,abah!!!

What is gelatin/gelatine? Is there any alternative to it?

Gelatin (US spelling) or gelatine (British spelling) (used to make Jell-o and other desserts) is made from the boiled bones, skins and tendons of animals. An alternative substance is called Agar-Agar, which is derived from seaweed. Another is made from the root of the Kuzu. Agar-Agar is sold in noodle-like strands, in powdered form, or in long blocks, and is usually white-ish in color.

Some Kosher gelatins are made with agar-agar, most are not. Some things that are vegan that are replacing gelatin are: guar gum and carrageenan. Only some 'emulsifiers' are vegan. Gelatin is used in photography. Although the technology exists to replace photographic film, its price is currently prohibitive and there is insufficient demand. Hopefully, with the growth of vegetarianism and veganism, this situation will soon change.

What is kosher gelatine?

Kosher gelatin can be made with fish bones, and/or beef skins. Contrary to assumptions, it is also considered kosher to use it with dairy products. Kosher law is very complex and the bones and hides used in gelatin production are considered pareve. Is there vegan gelatine?

"Gelatine" is a substance made of animal bones and other parts of the animal's body. So if there's a product with "gelatine", it can't be vegan.
But there exists a big variety of substances which are vegan an which have the same properties as gelatine: Cellulose (Amid), Agar-Agar, Biobin, Guar, Xanthan, Carob fruit and others. (Unfortunately I do not know the exact english names, but maybe this will help you already.).
So if you read on the ingredient list that gelatine is used, then you can be sure that this product is NOT vegan. But if one or more of the other mentioned subsances appear on the list, you can be sure that you can eat them even as vegan.

Hain makes a Jello product with non-animal gelling substance (no meat, bone, skin, hoof, or any other part/derivative) that is superior to Jello. Also, some 'snack pack' gel snacks are NOT made with gelatin, and available in larger grocery stores (even in texas!), just read the label.

Are there any other foods like gelatin out there?

Rennet, traditionally used as a coagulating agent in cheese making, is derived from the digestive juices of slaughtered calves. Rennet is like gelatin in the sense that it's a common food additive but the foods containing it are often considered vegetarian. See Eggs & Dairy for further details.

500g tembikai
200ml susu segar
100ml plain yogurt
3 sudu besar gula
sedikit hirisan tembikai utk hiasan
sedkit chocolate chips utk hiasan
Daun pudina utk hiasan

Cara-cara

Potong dadu tembikai selebih kurang saiz ais kiub dan buang bijinya. Frozen tembikai tadi lebih kurang 4-5 jam.
Masukkan tembikai yg dah difrozen ke dalam mixer/blander. Masukkan juga susu segar,yogurt dan juga gula. Kisar sehingga jadi bentuk smoothie.
Tuangkan ke dalam gelas yg sesuai dan hias dengan hirisan tembikai, chocochips dan juga daun pudina.
Sedia utk diminum :)

Me,my sis-(Iman),n syauqi layan ja ...kimi dan haris. Selepas main,mama buat ais kcang,sedap!! Tinggal d Msia,mama x pernah buat pun,sebab sana bli aje,tp sini tak da jual,so kena buat sendiri klau nak mkan...Blender ice,(tempat blender ice),then put gula merah,syrup,jagung dan susu pekat. Salam n hello,today, me n my family went to Inala after we come back from South Bank!!!Inala is the place that people buy grocery things,sea foods,Asian foods and more..my mum like 2 go there,bcause she can get many Asian veggies,fruits,dry foods,rice sticks-(laksa) from there. A lots of Vietnamese peoples working there..seller-At that afternoon,my mum bought rice sticks,daun kesum,prawns and fish...opss,also a knife..for cutting..HAHAH..at that time..me,my brother also my sis,had a lovely time eating yummy ice-cream with dad n mum,of course!Have a look at this picture.. Salam n hello!!! school holidays still belum habis,it will open at 27 January 09 in QUEENSLAND. NOW,I'm really exciting about high school!!!I fell many feelings that came through my heart...exciting,nervous,scared,n more like what I'm gonna to achieve this year,what I'll do,to learns a new things....and so on. Graduation night 4 year 7 had past,well it was a great memory at that night to us..for the last day of our primary school,me,(heeehh) and my friends were crying..too..that 's because we not gonna see each other again,some may but some not..YERONGA STATE SCHOOL STILL IN MY heart,IT WAS MY FIRST SCHOOL WHEN I CAME TO IN AUSTRALIA.I want to thanks a lot 2 Mrs Webb,Miss Goan and especially MR.Hartin for teaching me how to behave,how to b a good student, n teaching me till i get a better marks in math,english and my favourite subject art...i got the certificate(outstanding achievements)4 my art...yeahhh....
OK, NOW... HIGH SCHOOL,oh nooo.I'll just b at high school for 1 year only..sedih..tahun 2010 must ambik exam(PMR)...insyaalah bukak hati ni untuk belajar kat msia,take pmr!!! sedih nak tinggal australia,then I'm gonna
